The "O2-PSA" is a PSA oxygen gas generation device that concentrates and separates oxygen from air due to the difference in adsorption capacity of nitrogen and oxygen on synthetic zeolites. The oxygen concentration can be enriched and separated from 90% to a maximum of 95%, with equipment capable of producing up to 2,500 m³/h (nor.) in a single series (2-tower type). The "Ar-PSA" is a PSA argon gas generation device capable of recovering high-purity argon (max. 99.999%).
