Subframe for installing solar panels on sheet waterproof roofs (High Tough EG)
New construction and renovation compatible! A new method for securing solar frames on top of sheet waterproof roofs.
The "High Tuff EG Solar Frame" is a substrate construction method for installing solar panels on waterproof sheet roofs. The solar frame is integrated with the High Tuff EG sheet through hot air welding. For securing to the deck plate substrate, specialized screws that produce almost no cutting debris are used, making it resistant to wind, and generally, no internal protection of the building is required. 【Features】 ■ A construction method that does not cut the waterproof sheet or insulation board, reducing the risk of leaks and ensuring no insulation gaps. ■ The weight of the frame installation method (18.5 kg/m²) is a 60% reduction from the concrete foundation method (approximately 48.0 kg/m²). ■ Consistent management from strength design to construction tailored to building conditions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
