First, we neutralize it by bringing it closer to alkaline using caustic soda before moving on to the substrate treatment. I remember that grinding and polishing removed about 10 to 30 mm. The "Euclea FL" used this time is a flooring material that can be applied up to 100 mm thick. All the painting work was done manually, and the total amount of materials exceeded 8 tons. It has been three and a half years since we undertook the construction, and it is still being used without any damage.
