The "Super Clean Mate Series" is a filtration device that enables the purification of oils, from hydraulic fluids to cutting oils, both online and offline. When hydraulic fluids and cutting oils are used for extended periods, foreign substances and water can mix in, leading to oxidation. Continuing to use them in this state can cause problems, resulting in equipment failure or damage. Our product purifies hydraulic fluids while removing both foreign substances and water, maintaining a condition equivalent to fresh oil at all times. The filter uses a special non-woven fabric that has the same adsorption properties, strength, and water absorption as Mino washi (traditional Japanese paper). It removes ultra-fine contaminants and carbon, which have been difficult to eliminate with conventional filtration devices, purifying to NAS grade 7. Compared to replacing with new oil, this results in a cost reduction of 1/5 to 1/10 of the expense.
