We would like to introduce our product, "Mold Magic." This product features a thinly molded base and hook, allowing for a reduced thickness when combined with loops, ensuring that the fit of the components is not compromised. We offer three sizes of hooks: large, medium, and small, as well as three materials: nylon, polyester, and polypropylene. This allows for a total of nine combinations available for your selection. Regarding installation methods, we can provide adhesive processed products (polyester, polypropylene), welded fixation, and sewing (nylon, polyester). *Please evaluate and select the installation method carefully. This product features a structure where both hooks and loops are arranged on one side of a tape, with the soft loop material formed higher than the hooks. Plastic molded hook-and-loop fastener <Majilock>

It is also possible to create special products! Plastic hook-and-loop fasteners using extrusion molding technology.

"Majirock" has approximately 2 to 3 times the engagement force (the sticking power) of typical fabric hook-and-loop fasteners. Furthermore, by utilizing the characteristics of extrusion molding, it is possible to create special products, such as making the base fabric mesh-like or having hooks oriented in only one direction. For the loop side, you can select fabric "Velcro" according to your usage conditions.
