The base of the treads uses steel plates, making it suitable for fire-resistant and quasi-fire-resistant buildings as a steel staircase. It can be assembled on-site, making it usable for renovations. The TH series, which represents SYSTAIR, can accommodate not only simple straight staircases but also complex spiral staircases tailored to the layout with its unique technical capabilities.
