■Features
(1) Space-saving body dimensions
Achieving a minimum shaft dimension of 1300mm x 1325mm. The interior space is almost equivalent to that of a 6-person commercial elevator, yet it can be installed compactly. Additionally, it can be directly installed in wooden buildings, and shallow foundation work is sufficient, which helps reduce construction costs.
(2) Equipped with specifications and functions required for residential elevators
In case of an emergency, pressing the "emergency call button" inside the room allows for communication through the landing intercom, and the control panel comes standard with indicators that display the direction of travel and floor number both inside the room and at the landing.
(3) Color variations and lighting that create a sophisticated space
The door colors at the landing are available in a total of 9 patterns, and the interior colors come in a total of 3 patterns, allowing for coordination with various rental housing designs. Additionally, a ceiling option featuring line-type LED indirect lighting is available. When this ceiling option is adopted, even during a power outage while in operation, the line-type LEDs will remain lit at the same brightness as usual, allowing the elevator to operate down to the nearest lower floor.
