Nickel-plated copper wire with silicone glass braided insulation '28NSBL6×4-I'
About 2.5 times the conductivity compared to pure nickel wire! Since it allows for a larger permissible current value than NSBL6×4–I, economic benefits can be expected.
This is a super heat-resistant electric wire with a maximum operating temperature of 400°C, wrapped with mica tape as an insulator over nickel-coated copper wire, and featuring a silicone glass braid as the outer sheath. The nickel-coated copper wire has about 2.5 times the conductivity compared to pure nickel wire. Depending on the usage temperature environment, it is expected to provide economic benefits as it allows for a higher allowable current value than NSBL6×4–I. 【Features】 ■ Maximum operating temperature: 400°C ■ Rated voltage: 600V or less (internal standard) ■ About 2.5 times the conductivity compared to pure nickel wire ■ Economic benefits expected due to the ability to set a higher allowable current value than NSBL6×4–I ■ Suitable for high-temperature equipment, large electric furnaces, high-temperature kilns, and various electrical wiring in high-temperature environments, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
