What is cold wind drying?

Suitable for materials with weak color changes! It dries by sending cool air below room temperature into the drying chamber while reducing humidity.

On this homepage, we introduce the drying method called "cold air drying." Our product sends cold air below room temperature (outside air temperature) into the drying chamber to reduce humidity while drying. Cold air drying is also referred to as dehumidification drying. Since it does not apply heat, it is suitable for drying items that are sensitive to color changes, but the machinery and initial costs can be quite high. Additionally, the drying time is longer than that of hot air (warm air) drying. Please be sure to visit our homepage. 【Features】 ■ Sends cold air below room temperature into the drying chamber to reduce humidity while drying ■ Cold air drying is also called dehumidification drying ■ Suitable for items that are sensitive to color changes ■ Machinery and initial costs are high ■ Drying time is longer than hot air (warm air) drying *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

What is vacuum drying?

Drying materials that are thick or hard is suitable! The vacuum drying method is often used for drying wood.

On this homepage, we introduce the drying method known as "vacuum drying." Our product reduces the pressure in the drying chamber, lowering the sublimation temperature of the moisture contained in the material, and dries it using low-temperature warm air. There are also drying methods that utilize microwaves within vacuum drying. By reducing the pressure, the moisture inside the material is more easily diffused to the surface, making it suitable for thick or hard materials. This vacuum drying method is commonly used for drying wood. The drying time is generally not much different from that of hot air (warm air) dryers. Please take a look at our homepage. 【Features】 ■ Lowers the sublimation temperature of moisture contained in the material and dries it with low-temperature warm air ■ There are also drying methods that utilize microwaves ■ Suitable for thick or hard materials ■ This vacuum drying method is widely used for drying wood ■ The drying time is generally not much different from that of hot air (warm air) dryers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
