Both the reduction chamber and the deodorization chamber have a double structure, ensuring high safety. The processing temperature inside the reduction chamber is low, around 180°C, and since there is no oxidation reaction, the equipment lasts longer. It is equipped with a vibration detection device for emergency response. Since there is no combustion (oxidation reaction) of the waste in the reduction chamber, the processed material is not "ash" but rather combustible solid material. Most of the calorific value remains, allowing for the recycling of high-calorie solid fuel. Additionally, depending on the content of the processed material, recycling into feed or fertilizer is also possible. By introducing this system within the facility, rapid processing becomes possible, improving the sanitary environment of the facility.
