[Nano Chitapro] Comparison with other antiviral and antibacterial measures

No restrictions on construction areas (discoloration or rust)! Compared with other antiviral and antibacterial measures.

We will introduce the results of comparing the titanium dioxide nanoparticle dispersion "nanotita pro" handled by Exin with other antiviral and antibacterial measures. We compared "metal-supported photocatalysts," "ultrafine self-adsorbing titanium dioxide dispersions," and "apatite-based" products in terms of deodorizing power, dirt resistance, and antibacterial properties. The PDF document below presents the comparison results in an easy-to-understand table for each item. Please feel free to download and take a look. 【Comparison Items】 ■ Deodorizing Power ■ Dirt Resistance ■ Antibacterial Properties ■ Presence or Absence of Binder ■ Solution Type: Cloudy/Precipitate ■ Restrictions on Application Areas (Discoloration/Rust) ■ Type *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Nano Titan Pro Deodorization and Antibacterial Test Report

We will report the results of antibacterial tests such as Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial tests and Escherichia coli antibacterial tests!

We conducted deodorization and antibacterial tests using the titanium dioxide nanoparticle dispersion "nanotita pro" handled by Exin. Deodorization tests were carried out using ammonia, acetic acid, and isobutyric acid. We compared "nanotita pro processed products" with those after 10 washes. The PDF document below contains the results of each test. Please feel free to download and review it. [Tests Included] ■ Deodorization Test 1, 2 ■ Antibacterial Test against Staphylococcus aureus ■ Antibacterial Test against Escherichia coli *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

A new technology using inorganic materials as dispersants! CNT dispersion solution *Sample available.

Attention those struggling with issues like 'waste liquid treatment' and 'inability to remove dispersants leading to ineffective results'! This is a dispersion liquid that does not use surfactants.

We would like to introduce FUJICASOL, a CNT dispersion liquid developed independently by Fujikagaku. Fujikagaku has developed a new dispersion technology using inorganic materials as dispersants. By using inorganic materials, we can solve the issues associated with conventional dispersion techniques, including: 1. Organic solvents... Waste liquid treatment issues 2. Surface hydrophilization treatment by acid/plasma... Cutting and damage to CNTs 3. Surfactants (organic materials)... Strong interaction with CNTs, making removal difficult 【Other Features of FUJICASOL】 ■ Capable of dispersing various types of CNTs (supports both single-layer and multi-layer) ■ Compatible with both water and organic solvents ■ Applicable to roll coating methods ■ Low foaming and easy to handle ■ Easy removal of dispersants *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Applicable to Roll to Roll method! CNT dispersion with excellent transparency.

A CNT dispersion that achieves a transmittance of 90% (@550 nm) and a surface resistivity of 300Ω/sq! It overcomes the performance inhibition of CNTs.

We would like to introduce "FUJICASOL," a CNT dispersion solution uniquely developed by Fujikagaku. "FUJICASOL" disperses CNTs using only inorganic compounds, making it much easier to remove than conventional surfactant-based dispersants. It maximizes the inherent performance of CNTs, achieving high permeability and high conductivity. It can also be applied to the Roll to Roll method (roll coating), achieving a transmittance of 90% (@550 nm) and a surface resistivity of 300Ω/sq. 【Other Features of FUJICASOL】 ■ Capable of dispersing various types of CNTs (compatible with both single-layer and multi-layer) ■ Applicable to various coating methods, including roll coating ■ Low foaming and easy to handle ■ Easy removal of the dispersant *Samples are also available. For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
