We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of our deodorizing device, [SD-04], at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda. Before the introduction, there were issues with lingering scents from customers' perfumes. This was particularly common with international guests, many of whom use perfume, leading to cases where the scent would remain in the room. There were guest rooms that could not accept reservations due to the lingering scent problem, but this improved with the use of our device, resulting in a decrease in such issues. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - With the easing of entry restrictions, many guests began to visit, leading to an increase in lingering scent problems. ■ Results - The deodorizing effect is strong, so there were guest rooms that could not accept reservations due to lingering scents, but this improved with the use of Haru Industry's device, resulting in a decrease in such issues.
