Smell of School Lunch: Case Study on Deodorization of Middle School Lunches

We would like to introduce a case of deodorization for the "exhaust from the school lunchroom" using the neutralizing deodorizer from Nippon Deodorant Co., Ltd. A new lunchroom building is being constructed on the school premises. To consider the nearby residential areas, measures are being taken to address the odors from cooking exhaust. The target includes exhaust from cooking for approximately 500 meals and dishwashing.
