In the process of filling canisters for transporting electrolyte, there were instances of electrolyte dripping and a small amount of air mixing in when coupling was attached and detached. Therefore, a coupling that does not allow liquid to drip was introduced. This nearly eliminated losses during attachment and detachment, and concerns about product oxidation and deterioration due to air mixing were alleviated. A case where the connection points in a food factory were made one-touch, improving work efficiency and safety!

In a food factory in the Kanto region that manufactures and sells milk, ice cream, desserts, and dairy products, a heel clamp is used at the piping connection points of the coffee extraction circuit. The piping size is 1.5 inches, and the frequency of attaching and detaching the heel clamp was about 1 to 2 times a day. However, the work was being done at a height of about 2.5 meters using a step ladder, requiring the worker to stretch their arms to perform the attachment and detachment, which took a considerable amount of time. Therefore, we introduced our "One-Touch Coupling." As a result, the work of attaching and detaching the piping at height with arms extended became very easy with just one touch, and since there are no parts that detach from the coupling body, such as screws or gaskets, there have been no accidents involving parts falling to the floor.
