【Introduction to FWP Core】 It is mainly used as a roll core for optical film base materials, functional films, printing films, metal foils, food packaging films, and specialty paper. It started over 40 years ago and has become the main product of FWP pipes to this day. The roll core is optimally designed based on unique calculations derived from composite measurements. 【Strength Calculation Method】 ■ Safety Factor for Winding  ┗ Calculate whether the FWP core can withstand the external pressure generated by the winding tension. ■ Radial Displacement  ┗ Calculate the amount of inner diameter displacement of the FWP core due to the external pressure from the winding tension. ■ Maximum Axial Deflection  ┗ Calculate the deflection amount at the center of the FWP core due to the weight of the film. ■ Calculate the strength of the FWP core on the support base. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
