The "R24C2T25" is a DC/DC converter that makes it easier than ever to generate power for IGBTs, Si, SiC, and GaN cascode gate drives. This SMT component comes in a compact 7.5 x 12.83mm, 36-pin SSOP package and provides a programmable dual asymmetric output voltage through an external resistor network. It features soft start, low voltage input malfunction prevention, overvoltage protection, overheating protection, and output over-power protection. 【Features】 ■ Isolation of 3kVAC for 1 minute, with ultra-low coupling capacitance of 3.5pF and common mode transient immunity of +/-150V/nanosecond. ■ Suitable for supplying power to high-side gate drives with high-speed dV/dt and dI/dt power switch edge rates. ■ Prevents power devices from being stressed by invalid gate voltages. ■ Puts the device in standby mode with a consumption current of less than 700µA. *You can download the English version of the catalog.
