Are you familiar with Japan's Basic Energy Plan? In October 2020, the declaration of "carbon neutrality by 2050" was made. In April 2021, the target of "46% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by fiscal year 2030" was announced. In October 2021, Japan's new Basic Energy Plan was formulated.
