【Partner Company Bagging Example】 A Perfect Collaboration of Divider Seal and Punching Position

Solving the problem of "tilting that occurs when hanging products"!

As for the design of OPP bags, there are many customers who request punch holes. The purposes vary, such as holes for displaying products in stores or for attaching to PET bottles for promotional use. This time, we would like to introduce a bag that solves the problem of products tilting when suspended during display. Typically, punch holes are often made in the center, but this time we created the hole off to one side. The position of the hole can be accurately determined by discussing the dimensions on all sides, allowing us to create the hole in the correct location. However, as it stands, the product may still move inside the bag, and the tilting issue cannot be resolved. This is where partition seals come into play. By applying a partition seal on the opposite side of the punch hole, we can prevent the product from moving significantly within the bag, and by placing the product on the side with the punch hole, we can also prevent tilting. For customers, it is very important to showcase the product in a way that enhances its appeal. Our company will provide proposals and bags that meet such customer needs!

【Partner Company Bag Case】Successfully solved the customer's problem with 【Seal Reinforcement】!

We addressed the weaknesses of the laminate processing by reinforcing the sides with seal support.

The lamination process involves bonding OPP film and CPP film together. It is common to use OPP film, which has good ink adhesion and high moisture resistance on the outside, and CPP film, which has high heat sealability and abrasion resistance on the inside. This time, the customer requested OPCP laminated bags. However, we heard that when they previously had bags made, the seal strength was weak, and the sides of the bag's opening were very prone to tearing. The reason for this is that during the lamination process, the tension applied by the machine when bonding the films and the way the adhesive adheres can create slight differences in adhesion at different locations. As a result, when the film is placed on the bag-making machine, the edges can open up, leading to issues with proper sealing on the sides. To address this problem, we utilized a "reinforcement seal." When applying the reinforcement seal, we took care to: - Ensure that the temperature is not too high to avoid deforming the bag. - Minimize any residual marks from the reinforcement on the bag. To consider these two points, we made sure to manage the temperature during the process. The issue was successfully resolved, and the customer was satisfied!
