The OVL series "OVTL/UN" is a stationary autoclave unit. It features a sealing method using O-rings and bolts. Due to its self-sealing design, the tightening of bolts is also easy. ■ It is standardly available in capacities ranging from 3.5 liters to 20 liters. The design capacities include 3.5L, 5L, 6L, 10L, and 20L. ■ In addition to the standard material SUS316, the container materials can include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), zirconium (Zr702), PTFE, PEEK inner, and fluororesin coatings are also available. ■ The design pressure varies depending on the reactor capacity. Typical design pressures are 1MPa, 2MPa, 3.3MPa, 4MPa, and 5.5MPa. ■ The design temperature varies depending on the reactor capacity. Typical design temperatures are 200°C, 215°C, 235°C, 250°C, and 270°C.

The FVL series "FVTL/UN" is a stationary autoclave unit. It features a sealing method using a spiral gasket, which provides good compatibility with flanges and is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure sealing. Compared to metal gaskets, it allows for bolt tightening with lower torque. The standard capacity ranges from 1.5 liters to 20 liters, with design capacities available in 1.5L, 2L, 2.5L, 3L, 5L, 6L, 10L, and 20L. In addition to the standard material SUS316, the container materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), and Carpenter (C20Cb3). PTFE, PEEK inner liners, and fluororesin coatings are also available. The design pressures are 1MPa, 2MPa, 3.3MPa, 4MPa, 6.5MPa, 8MPa, 10MPa, and 13.3MPa. The design temperatures are 200℃, 215℃, 235℃, 250℃, 280℃, and 300℃.

The body is made of borosilicate glass, providing excellent visibility of the interior and making it easy to confirm the reaction state. The GACM/UN is a compact tabletop autoclave that can be used under test conditions of up to 200°C and 1MPa. The allowable pressure varies depending on the size of the glass tube. Please refer to the specification table below for allowable pressure details. ■ The capacity ranges from 600 milliliters to 2 liters as standard. The design capacities include 600ml, 1L, 1.5L, and 2L. ■ Flange material: In addition to the standard material SUS316L, the container can be made from stainless steel (SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Carpenter (C20Cb3), and zirconium (Zr702). ■ Fluororesin coating is also available.
