Temposonics Rシリーズは、産業用イーサネットであるEtherCAT、EtherNet/IP、Profinet RTに対応した磁歪式直線変位センサ。さらにEシリーズでは、IO-Linkもサポート。産業用オートメーション機器・装置における位置検出で高速、高精度、高耐久性を提供し、これらのプロトコルを使用している制御装置との接続を可能にします。また、ケーブル配線を減らし、システム全体のコストを抑制。計測範囲は25mm～20mで、ロッド／プロファイル（レールガイド）タイプ、フレキシブルタイプ、センサーヘッド分離型タイプなど、多様なセンサ形状から選択していただけます。また、従来のアナログや、CAN、DeviceNet、Profibus、SSI等のデジタル出力もご用意しています。
